Oakley has just launched its newest Signature Series collection in partnership with superstar NFL quarterback Patrick Mahomes. The drop is the fourth installment of the ongoing collaboration between the global eyewear brand and the star athlete.

Included in the new Signature Series collection are the latest BXTR and Resistor models. The BXTR design features a Base Prizm Tungsten Iridium Lens that provides clearer and more detailed views through intensified color and contrast. The pair boasts tan and cool gray colors to reflect Mahomes’ composed demeanor, while gold-tone accents allude to the awards and accolades he’s received over the years. The Resistor model, on the other hand, is the second version of Mahomes’ youth signature product – it signals both the brand’s and Mahome’s continued commitment to support young athletes. In terms of design, the Resistor features a Bronze-Base Prizm Tungsten Iridium lens for enhanced color and contrast. The frame features matted red paneling on the stems in addition to the Unobtainium earsocks and iconic “Mahomes” etched between the eyebrows.

Oakley’s directive for football culture has always been to “Move the Game Forward,” and its partnership with Mahomes not only inspires the younger generation to become outstanding citizens and athletes but it also inspires sports fans everywhere to make a positive impact on their communities, whether as a coach, player or trainer. These sentiments are perfectly echoed throughout the latest video campaign for the new Signature Series. In the video, young football players are motivated by Mahomes to perform their best. Various cuts see players of all kinds from all backgrounds getting inspired by the words of a leading player who is channeling the determination and leadership of Mahomes.

“I am thrilled to collaborate with Oakley on an inspiring campaign and Signature Series collection ahead of this season’s kick-off,” said Patrick Mahomes. “My commitment to moving the game forward aligns perfectly with Oakley’s mission to push boundaries and create innovative products, all while inspiring the next generation. I feel honored to be part of Team Oakley where I can continue motivating the future of the game.”

Additionally, the Oakley and Patrick Mahomes Signature Series launch also coincides with the eyewear brand’s on-field partnership with the NFL. The partnership, which was first announced in 2019, is now extending through 2030. Oakley has some of the biggest names in the NFL, including Mahomes, on its roster who continue to not only thrive on the field but also off the field through community initiatives and socially empowering projects.

Lastly, NFL Flag and Oakley have also announced their partnership to “empower youth athletes and transform flag football experiences.” The team-up is another initiative fueled by RCX Sports that “Moves the Game Forward,” especially for young sports fans and players. Through RCX Sports and Oakley, more resources will be provided for young athletes to thrive in their communities’ sports-lead programs, whether through quality equipment or protective eyewear from Oakley.
