Dominique Jones (aka Lil Baby) is leveling up in the music industry, and his influence is beginning to transcend beyond his lyricism and performance capabilities. Earlier today Lil Baby launched his new label, Glass Window Entertainment, in partnership with big-name giants, Capitol Music Group and Motown Records. Glass Window Entertainment signed Baby’s long-term prodigy and collaborator Rylo Rodriguez as the label’s first official artist.

While details of the deal remain undisclosed, sources tell Variety it is “a multi-million-dollar” one. Michelle Jubelirer, CEO of Capitol Music Group, conveys the label’s excitement. “We are excited to welcome Dominique, Rylo and the Glass Window Entertainment team to Capitol Music Group/Motown Records. Glass Window and Virgin Records have done a phenomenal job introducing Rylo. We’re thrilled to support this remarkable artist and upcoming Glass Window releases.”

Baby is just as hyped for what’s to come – especially to bring Rodriguez to a larger platform. “It’s been a long time coming with Rylo and even longer to go! We got work to do and money to get,” he shares in a press release.
