Hypebeast Flea: AGR
Having already received co-signs from world-renowned stars such as Nicki Minaj, Mabel, AGR is looking to take its knitwear global.
Founded by Alicia Robinson, AGR is a London-based knitwear label that is looking to push its dizzying and acid-bright designs into the world.
Having already received co-signs from world-renowned stars such as Nicki Minaj, Mabel, and FLO, AGR has also stamped its authority in the knitwear game with an impressive collaboration with Nike Town. Additionally, AGR made its fashion week debut at London Fashion Week in 2022, unveiling a slew of street-ready styles.
Now, with several collections under its belt – including a high-profile link-up with Hatton Labs — AGR is heading to Hypebeast Flea with a slew of styles that look to take attendees back to the days of Y2K vibrancy, packed with vigorous affirmations and spiritual energy.

Hypebeast: Explain your brand to people who may not know you yet.
A disobedient brand full of colour. We just really enjoy making mad stuff!
What’s the journey been like from starting your brand, to where you are today?
We started the brand in 2018/2019, but I was a freelance knitwear designer previously for around five years, so it’s been quite the journey. The last 3 years have been mental, we really exploded during covid, and so has been hard to navigate everything post covid also. It is really important to me to stay true to yourself and your brand, so we are trying to bring it back to how we started moving forward with a focus on collaborations and special projects. This is what we find very exciting and is the best way to keep your work fresh! So keep your eyes peeled over the next few months.
Flea is going to be hosted for the first time in the UK. How does the UK’s creative community inspire you and your brand?
The UK is unmatchable when it comes to our creative community. Everywhere you turn, there’s someone doing something sick. Whether it’s a new exhibition or a special drop in the street, it’s very exciting and keeps everyone inspired! I think the vibe within the creative community at the moment is also that anything is possible. A big motto for me is “if you don’t ask, you don’t get” this is in terms of asking to collaborate or even asking some of these major brands for things the possibilities are endless!
What have you got planned at Hypebeast Flea?
For Hypebeast Flea, we will be having some new exclusive bits we have been working on from some of our upcycling lines and also unreleased summer bits. We are also really looking forward to getting to know the other vendors and, of course, people rolling through!
What other vendors are you looking forward to checking out at Hypebeast Flea?
Johnny Hoxton, I’m a big fan and have several rings. I’ll need to stop myself from spending all my profits at his stand.
