HUF and Carrots' Latest Collaborative Range Is for Old Times' Sake
A modern nostalgic capsule.

Staple streetwear brands HUF and Carrots have linked up for a new collaborative capsule collection for the Summer 2023 season. This time around, the range is a modern take on nostalgia, bringing together old friends roe reimagine classic wardrobe staples.
With roots in West Coast for both these brands, HUF and Carrots have come together to give the world a taste of contemporary California style. The two go way back, almost over two decades ago, when Anwar Carrots found himself immersed in the burgeoning streetwear scene in the mid-2000s and later meeting the HUF crew around the same time period. As a nod to their history and their beginnings in Los Angeles, HUF and Carrots are nostalgic of the old times.
For this collection, the duo work with Benny Gold and Hanni El Khatib to reimagine original graphics and flipping a mix of screened graphics, embroidered patches and Carrot’s signature pop of orange. The pieces take early varsity-inspired graphics and streetwear badges and are reintroduced to this generation’s streetwear followers as odes to simpler times. The collection features simple and classic t-shirts in white and black that include the iconic carrot motif integrated in the skyline and as a co-branding design. Sweaters featuring the HUF’s signature “H” and the carrot logo come together as a nod to the partnership.
The HUF x Carrots collection arrives on July 8 at their flagship stores and online at HUF and Carrots.
