Walthamstow FC and Admiral's New Football Jersey Collection Pays Homage to Arts and Crafts
While also taking inspiration from legendary footballer, Jay-Jay Okocha.

Walthamstow FC and Admiral Sports have collaborated with The William Morris Gallery to present a brand-new jersey collection that takes references from the arts and crafts movement.
Also taking inspiration from legendary footballer, Jay-Jay Okocha’s ball skills, the new home jersey is complemented by Morris’ 1892 “Yare” textile pattern, while a repeating motif is altered to correspond with Walthamstow’s club colors. The collaborative away and pre-match kit then utilizes Walthamstow’s classic away jersey colors and continues to play on the theme of merging the beautiful game with local art.
The corresponding campaign for the new Walthamstow collection then acts as a love letter to the club’s home. Shot in Walthamstow and featuring a collection of the town’s best-emerging talent and models, the imagery strives to encapsulate the area through the inclusion of a local brewery and two of Walthamstow’s most popular charitable initiatives, Wood Street Walls and No Space for Hate.
With this in mind, Walthamstow FC’s further commitment to the community is brought to light through its partnership with Wood Street Walls, with the duo planning to allocate a percentage of the new collection’s sales to help establish a new women’s team for the borough.
You can take a closer look at the new Walthamstow FC kit collection above and it will be available to shop via the William Morris Gallery website from July 31.
