IWC Dedicates a Bright Pink Chronograph 41 for Miami Grand Prix 2023
Available online and for a limited time only at the brand’s Miami boutique.
In celebrating its return to the Miami Grand Prix, IWC has revealed the latest iteration of its Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team. Paired with a Miami Pink rubber strap that references the city’s vibrant color palette, the campaign also stars Lewis Hamilton modeling the timepiece.
Similar to the first model that was introduced for Miami Prix in 2022, the new chronograph is also crafted from lightweight yet incredibly robust grade 5 titanium — a material that is widely used in motorsports. The matte black dial with Petronas’ iconic green luminous markings also makes a return, complete with a special green-hued imprint encircling the open caseback.
As indicated in its name, the timepiece comes in a 41mm case size with 10 ATM water resistance. Powering the timepiece is the in-house automatic calibre 69385, which beats the standard chronograph rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour, complete with 46 hours of power reserve.
The Miami Pink edition is offered with an additional green rubber strap, available only via IWC’s official website and its Miami boutique for a limited time only, priced at $8,250 USD. Meanwhile, last year’s edition will continue to be available online in a bundle set with an additional black calfskin leather strap.
