Director James Gunn is entering into the final stretch of his MCU involvement. As the premier date for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 nears, the director has given fans a glimpse of what to expect for the film.

With the initial looks of Gunn’s final film of his MCU trilogy out, critics have already dubbed it to be a great end to the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise. The team recently began their press tour, taking a “day off” in Paris. At one of the press stops a fan inquired about the post-credit scenes, to which Gunn revealed, “There is not a post-credit scene. There are two.”

Fans are eager to know what to expect from the third film, as plot details have been kept tightly under wraps. Fans are already expecting one or more of the main characters to die, since the final film close the chapters on the Guardians. This film will see new characters introduced, including Will Poulter as Adam Warlock, as well as Chukwudi Iwuji as the High Evolutionary. Chris Pratt returns as the Star Lord alongside Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Pom Klementieff, Sean Gunn and Vin Diesel.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is debuting exclusively in theaters on May 5.
