Megan Thee Stallion's "Cobra" Music Video Is YouTube's Most-Viewed Visual for a Solo Female Rapper in 2023
Earning more than 2 million views in its first 24 hours.
Megan Thee Stallion just made YouTube history with the music video of her latest single, “Cobra.”
Roc Nation confirmed on X that the Douglas Bernardt-directed visual now holds the record for the most views on YouTube for any female hip-hop video of 2023. “Cobra” logged an impressive 2.14 million views in its first 24 hours, overtaking the likes of Doja Cat’s “Demons,” which earned 2.01 million views, and Ice Spice’s “Deli” with 1.85 million views.
Roc Nation added that the track earned 1.04 million global Spotify streams in its first 24 hours.
“Cobra” marks the Houston Hottie’s first single under her independent music and entertainment entity Hot Girl Productions, which she established following the settlement of her lawsuit with 1501 Certified Entertainment.
