Bisquit & Dubouché, founded in 1819, focuses on creating refined, elegant Cognac. Their B&D V.S.O.P Cognac carries a bouquet of ripe fruits, honey, cinnamon, and clove, with underscores of rose petal flavors, and a balanced palate showing notes of honeysuckle, mango, and a slightly spicy finish. Best enjoyed neat post-meal to truly appreciate its craftsmanship. This exceptional Cognac mainly comprises four crus—Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Fin Bois, and Bon Bois—and is meticulously aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years.

It’s recommended to savor this excellent Cognac neat. Sipping slowly allows one to appreciate its sweetness, rich aroma, and aging process. This method intensifies the aromatic experience by allowing the Cognac to expand in the mouth.

Recently, Hypeart hosted a significant exhibition in October, titled Love Letters to LA, dedicated to showcasing the vibrant immigrant communities that enrich Los Angeles. The exhibit beautifully portrayed each artist’s personal journey, their unique use of materials, and the societal messages woven into their creative expressions.

With the generous support of Bisquit & Dubouché Cognac, Love Letters to LA aimed to advance Hypeart’s mission of spotlighting innovative and diverse artists. The exhibit provided a platform for these artists to display their cultural contributions, which have significantly shaped Los Angeles and its communities. The private opening reception, attended by over 300 guests, including local celebrities like Chace Infinite, Taz Arnold, and more, featured curated musical vibes by DJ Horsepowar, creating a dynamic ambiance amidst the diverse artworks on display.
