Three From The Vault: thisisneverthat x Grateful Dead Reunite for the Third Time Around
The seasoned collaborators present a clean third capsule fit for the cold weather.

The third time is the charm for thisisneverthat and the Grateful Dead. While many brands have tapped the estate of the legendary band for design inspiration – Market, Nike and Rowing Blazers to name a few – the Korean streetwear brand is teaming up with the Dead for the third time, to deliver a masterful yet muted capsule, which sees classic Grateful Dead iconography infused on a slew of vintage-inspired thisisneverthat silhouettes.
thisisneverthat leans into the band’s revered imagery – the Steal Your Face, the playful line of Dancing Bears, and the Skull and Roses – creating a fresh, vintage capsule that feels authentic to the Dead’s devoted fanbase. An array of jackets stands out in the cold-weather collection, including varsity jackets, fleece zip-ups and heavy flannels. Quarter-zips come in a few colorways and materials, featuring embroidered iconography up in the top left. A selection of hoodies and crewnecks boasts an array of more vibrant iconography, whereas the collection’s pants take a more minimalistic approach.
The collection also includes a handful of home goods as well, spanning a jacquard cushion, a knit bag and a throw blanket. See the lookbook in full in the gallery above.
thisisneverthat will also be hosting a pop-up to commemorate the collection’s launch, at which they will feature limited-edition merchandise including the GD Dancing Bears Denim Cap and GD Dancing Bear Keychain, which come with a complementary GD Iconography Bandana. See the Instagram post below for the details on the pop-up.

Elsewhere in fashion, Polo Ralph Lauren x Element Skateboards might just be the collaboration we didn’t know we needed…
