A series of new photos and videos from the murder of Tupac Shakur was shown as evidence to a Las Vegas grand jury earlier this week.

According KLAS, files obtained by 8 News Now include a never-before-seen video of Shakur and Suge Knight leaving the MGM Grand following the Bruce Seldon vs. Mike Tyson boxing match, as well as photos of the car that the rapper was in after their departure and even images of his autopsy. TMZ reports that the video supposedly takes place after Shakur, Knight and their crew get into a scuffle with Orlando Anderson and sees the big group exiting the premises, with the surveillance camera even zooming into the rapper’s face.

The car photos show the BMW sedan Knight was driving with Shakur as his passenger and provides more details about the bullet holes, interior and exterior. The police also showed a diagram of the Cadillac that Duane “Keffe D” Davis — the man recently arrested for the murder — was riding in. They allege that Davis was riding in the passenger seat and was accompanied by Anderson and a man named Deandre Smith, and that they pulled up next to Knight and Shakur’s BMW at an intersection and began firing bullets. A South Side Crips gang affiliate also attested that it was Smith, who is now deceased, and not Anderson, that killed Shakur. Davis has publicly said multiple times in the past that he handed the gun that killed the rapper and was not actually the shooter, however Clark County officials confirmed that a person that aids and abets in murder can also be charged with the murder itself.

In addition, there were four photos of the rapper’s autopsy that also showed a closeup of one of the bullet wounds. At least four videos of Davis talking about shooting in interviews were also presented by the prosecutors.

Meanwhile, Knight, the other witness in the car with Shakur, confirmed to TMZ that he will not be testifying against Davis. “Well, number one, I’m not gonna get on the stand and testify on somebody for what?” he said. “I wouldn’t testify. None of that shit.” He revealed that he and Davis are actually childhood friends who played in the same Pop Warner football team, “And whatever circumstances — if he had an involvement with anything, if he didn’t have an involvement with anything, I wouldn’t wish somebody going to prison on my worst enemy.”

The former Death Row Records head also stated that Anderson was not the one who pulled the trigger, but did not reveal who it was. “There were only two people in the car; ‘Pac’s not gonna tell the story, I ain’t gonna tell the story,” Knight said. “But I can tell you this…It wasn’t Anderson, so that’s all I got to say about that part.”

Elsewhere in music, Outkast’s Speakerboxxx/The Love Below is now the highest-selling rap album in history.
