This week’s watch updates have been dominated by Zenith, TAG Heuer, Hublot, and Bulgari as each has unveiled a plethora of timepieces at LVMH Watch Week 2023, held in Singapore for the first time. Read on for Hypebeast’s picks from the event.

Hublot Classic Fusion Original

Hublot revived its iconic model in three different builds and sizing, ranging from yellow gold, and titanium to black magic ceramic, all available in 33mm, 38mm, and 42mm case sizes. Although the Hublot Classic Original is modeled from a 1980s timepiece, its minimalist yet monochromic design makes it just as appealing for the contemporary age. Prices range from $6,500 to $24,100 USD, with the larger sizes running on the MHUB111- automatic movement, while the 33mm version is powered by a HUB2913 quartz movement. You can also check out other Hublot watches from the event here.

TAG Heuer Monza Flyback Chronometer

The Monza watch came back in a bold and ultra-sporty reiteration made up of carbon fibers and invigorated with red and blue highlights. Priced at $13,850 USD, the special-edition Monza Flyback Chronometer arrives in a 42mm case size and is configured with the horologer’s in-house Heuer 02 COSC Flyback Calibre.

TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph 60th Anniversary Edition

Revealed as an homage to TAG Heuer’s iconic Carrera 2447SN watch, the 60th Anniversary Edition is presented in a 39mm steel case that honors the original’s sleek yet timeless design. As a modern reinterpretation, the chronograph is equipped with the Heuer 02 automatic calibre that beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour with a power reserve of 80 hours. A highly sought-after release, the timepiece retails for $7,400 USD and was quickly sold out on Tag Heuer’s website. Alternatively, you can check out all of TAG Heuer’s LVMH Watch Week lineup here.

Zenith DEFY Skyline Skeleton

As the first of its kind to equip a 1/10th of a second indicator, the DEFY Skyline Skeleton is undoubtedly Zenith’s central launch for the event. The horologer’s El Primero automatic open-worked movement has been seamlessly integrated into the watch’s hallmarked star-shaped open dial. The 42mm stainless steel case and faceted bezel also honor the robustness and durability of its predecessors, available at the retail price of $11,000 USD.

Zenith DEFY Skyline 36mm

Zenith expands its acclaimed Defy Skyline series with a more compact 36mm model, which is offered in three colors and two types of bezels.  The plain bezel option comes is priced at $8,500 USD,  while the diamond-set bezel version retails for $12,000 USD. Powered by the Elite 670 automatic manufacture movement, the model is characterized by the octagonal steel case, complete with the sunburst-patterned dial and star logo.
