Here are the Biggest Street Style Footwear Trends at Men's Milan Fashion Week FW23
Technical sneakers and high-street collaborations were the ones to watch this week.















The men’s season has kicked off during Milan Fashion Week, marking the start of the Fall/Winter 2023 season. Hypebeast has hit the ground running, capturing some of the best footwear trends seen during the week. Shifting from previous seasons, many attendees appear to focus more on the high-fashion collaborations this year which saw last season introduce technical footwear with collaborate with great luxury houses.
Amongst those that stood out are the adidas x Gucci Gazelles adorned in dark tan, featuring an all over Gucci pring pattern down to the rubber outsole. The collaboration was announced last year by the house, giving the world a glimpse of what its like to bridge athletic motifs with heritage fashion. With comfort above all else, another pair of tech-focused collaborations from last season’s releases include the MM6 Maison Margiela x Salomon FW22 footwear that took trekking outdoors to a the fashion week stage. Margiela’s collaboration with Reebok also made an appearance on the streets.
Futuristically-themed technical sneakers from Prada and Raf Simons brought tied outfits together keeping highlighting functional and fashionable all the way down to the footwear pieces. When it comes to comfort, Asics were a promising choice, while footwear staples from Autry and classic Nike Dunk Highs and Nike Air Max Plus silhouettes continue to make the cut for go-to easy pairings.
