Metro Boomin Announces Upcoming Album ‘Heroes & Villains’
The producer’s first solo LP in four years.
Metro Boomin will be delivering his highly-anticipated new album Heroes & Villains this November. The hip-hop producer announced the news of the forthcoming project on Friday, sharing a fiery teaser trailer.
While the trailer doesn’t offer any information aside from the news of the album, fans can only hope Metro Boomin maintains the same hard-hitting energy he brought to Savage Mode II, his hit collaboration with Migos.
Heroes & Villains marks Metro Boomin’s second full-length solo endeavor, due to arrive four years after his debut Not All Heroes Wear Capes. The 2018 platinum-certified LP packed in appearances from a star-studded roster of rappers including Drake, Travis Scott, Young Thug, Gunna, 21 Savage, Gucci Mane and Kodak Black.
Metro Boomin’s new album Heroes & Villains is slated to drop on via Boominati Worldwide and Republic Records.
In other music news, Jhené Aiko’s 2017 sophomore album Trip has gone platinum.
