Take a Look Inside Louis Vuitton's Maison Seoul Vegetarian Pop-Up Restaurant
Helmed by 3-star Michelin chef Alain Passard.

Following an initial announcement, Louis Vuitton is now gearing up to open its vegetarian restaurant pop-up at its Maison Seoul location. Taking over the Gangnam flagship’s fourth floor, 3-star Michelin chef Alain Passard of Arpège has created culinary harmony with the Paris fashion house around seasonal produce.
Utilizing a fall garden theme, the space is decorated with a plethora of flowers and leaves. The foliage complements the natural wood and rattan chairs and offers a serene atmosphere highlighted by the natural light that shines through the curved glass windows of the building designed by architect Frank Gehry.
Lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea time services deliver exquisite seasonality paired with settings by French tableware brand, Maison Fragile. Aside from the tableware engraved with motifs of vegetables and fruits, Louis Vuitton has also put together sustainable napkin holders made from leftover leather from the construction of its products.
Alain Passard’s vegetarian pop-up restaurant will be open September 17-October 29 at Louis Vuitton Maison Seoul. Reservations for lunch, tea time, and dinner are available through Catch Table on a first-come, first-served basis now.
