Eggslut Japan's Fall Menu is Cenetered Around Salmon
The two exclusive sandwiches are accompanied by a chestnut dessert.

Continuing to deliver desirable Japan-exclusive creations, Eggslut Japan has now put together a special fall menu. The offering features two salmon sandwiches and a chestnut dessert that upgrades the California egg specialist’s signature custard pudding.
Leading the series is the Rare Salmon Cutlet & Porcini Egg Sandwich, the premium sandwich features a thick deep fried salmon katsu cutlet topped with butter scrambled eggs, ikura salmon roe, porcini mushrooms, and anchovies. Dijon mustard, mayo, an umami-packed porcini mushroom paste, and a soft brioche bun finish up the mix. The accompanying Salmon Gravlax Sandwich is a take on the classic with thin slices of marinated salmon, cucumber, onion, dill, and capers, with Eggslut’s beloved egg salad.
Finally, finishing up the fall menu is the Mont Blanc Egg Pudding. Defined by its Madagascar vanilla cream and chestnut topping, dried cranberries, crushed biscuits, and roasted cacao add layers to the dessert.
The limited-time fall menu is will be available at Eggslut’s Shibuya and Shinjuku locations September 15 to November 6. Head over to Eggslut Japan’s website for more information.
