A Ma Maniére Links With Jordan Brand for an Air Ship Collaboration in This Week's Best Footwear Drops

School is back in session for a plethora of students across the nation which means summer is whittling down to its last few weeks. And before the warmest season of the year concludes, sneaker brands such as Nike, adidas, New Balance and more are making it a point to fire out as many releases as they can. Before we get down to the top drops of this week, let us first travel back in time to recap all of last week’s action.

Our Sole Mates series proceeded with another feature as usual to highlight adidas communications managers Rocky Zhang and his love for former NBA All-Star Gilbert Arenas and his signature Gil 2 Zero model. In terms of news from the German brand, we caught a closer look at the adidas adiFOM Q, learned that the adidas YEEZY BOOST 350 “Pirate Black” is slated to return and received word on its kebab-inspired ZX8000 colorway.

Shifting the attention over to the Nike side now, the Swoosh teased an Off-White™ x Nike Air Force 1 Mid “Graffiti” colorway as well as a Tom Sachs x NikeCraft General Purpose Shoe “Brown” iteration. Kyrie Irving laced up what could be his final signature with the brand in the Kyrie 9 and the Nike Air Max 90 Futura was revealed with a delectable “Neapolitan” makeover. On the Jordan Brand side we were blessed with a closer look at its forthcoming Air Jordan 12 collaboration with A Ma Maniére, more imagery of the Air Jordan 1 High “Gorge Green” and on-foot shots of Travis Scott’s Air Jordan 1 Low OG SP “Black Phantom.”

In terms of other brands, size? teased teal 1906R collab, Awake NY’s ASICS GEL-LYTE III capsule was announced and Anuel AA’s Reebok Pump Omni Zone II was unveiled.
