YEEZY GAP Is Officially Coming to GAP Stores
The first location will be a “reengineered” Times Square flagship.
YEEZY GAP will officially be making its way to physical stores. Announced in a teaser video with two models dressed head-to-toe in the reworked GAP apparel, the video gives clear enough instructions on how to purchase the goods at their stores, showing simply a cashier and a pile of the black garments at the back.
First up will be the YEEZY Gap Engineered By Balenciaga collection, which will make its way to a “reengineered” Times Square flagship in New York on July 21 at 10:00 a.m EST, then further select GAP stores in the U.S. in the coming months. The official statement reads that the retail store has been “distilled to its most essential form” and that the physical launch now “fulfills the vision to delivery YEEZY GAP design on a larger scale.”
For those that can’t make the Times Square launch, the collection is still available globally over at the official YEEZY GAP online store.
