Travis Scott Reunites With Jordan Brand With an Air Jordan 1 Low OG Collab in This Week's Best Footwear Drops

Anticipation is high this week in the sneaker community because there are a plethora of coveted items on the release calendar such as Travis Scott‘s long-awaited Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Reverse Mocha” collaboration, a Jackie Robinson-inspired Dunk from Nike a new JJJJound x Reebok team-up and more. However, before we go in-depth into the third week of July’s best launches, let’s take a step back and summarize the bigger sneaker headlines from last week.
HYPEBEAST‘s ongoing Sole Mates series continued with a brand new feature with Indonesia’s Isser Whitey James who discussed his affinity for Eminem’s ultra-rare Nike Air Force 1 Low “Encore” colorway. Major new headlines also sprung out from Nike’s camp as well. Rumors of a forthcoming Supreme x Nike ACG collection surfaced, more AMBUSH x Nike Air Adjust Force colorways were previewed and the Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1 collection was finally released to the public via an online drop. On the Jordan Brand front, we saw the imprint officially unveil the J Balvin x Air Jordan 2, caught first glimpses of the A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 12 and Air Jordan 2 “Chicago,” and even discovered rumors of another Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG team-up.
