Kross Studio Celebrates May The Fourth With $120,000 USD Boba Fett Collector Set
Central tourbillon watch is presented inside a replica of the bounty hunter’s ship.

The Galaxy’s Most Fearer Bounty Hunter is back with Kross Studio’s latest themed tourbillon collector set focusing on none other than Boba Fett.
Released on May the Fourth and limited to 10 sets, the Boba Fett Collector Set includes a manually wound central tourbillon and a watch display created especially for the set inspired by Fett’s Firespray starship, Slave 1.
The 45mm grade 5 titanium case has been given a chocolate brown and a miniature engraved and handpainted replica of Slave 1 sits on its landing platform on top of the tourbillon cage at the centre of the dial, with each piece taking 90 hours to produce.
Kross Studio’s peripheral time display has been adapted to the theme, with the hour hand represented by Boba Fett’s jetpack and the minute hand by its rocket, with both created in the same manner as the the starship.
Time-setting and winding is handled by a D-ring on the caseback and a Time Set push button at the three o’clock position while the embossed green polyamide strap – inspired by Fett’s Mandolorian armor – can be instantly be swapped out for either of the chocolate calf leather or black rubber alternatives supplied with the watch.
The ten unique watch displays were created by EFX, a world renowned manufacturer of screen accurate prop replicas and collectibles, using aluminum and acyrilic and resin casts for areas of fine detail. Each carries its own Boba Fett Tourbillon inside its cockpit.
The 10-piece Boba Fett Collector Set is available now via Kross Studio, priced $120,000 USD.
Elsewhere in watches, Cartier builds a movement inside its own winding rotor.
