Kanye West Earns Gold and Platinum Plaques for "Ni**as in Paris," "No More Parties in LA" and More
The JAY-Z collab is only a million units away from going diamond.
The artist formerly known as Kanye West is adding a total of three new gold and platinum certifications from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
According to RIAA website, Ye and JAY-Z‘s 2011 collab “Ni**as in Paris” has sold nine million units and is now certified 9x platinum — just a million units away from doing diamond. The DONDA artist’s tracks “No More Parties in LA,” which is produced by Madlib and appears on The Life of Pablo, and “Family Business,” which is taken from The College Dropout, have also gone platinum and gold, respectively.
West recently collaborated with Future for his newest album I NEVER LIKED YOU, as well as design both his and Pusha T’s album merchandise.
