Y2K Japanese Nightlife Informs atmos' adidas Originals Forum "Kobako" Collaboration

atmos and adidas Originals have a longstanding relationship that has resulted in years of memorable collaborations, and now its rework of the Forum is set to join its legacy of limited-edition sneakers.

Dubbed the “Kobako” pack, the Forum High and Forum Low have been given a complete overhaul in metallic silver leather which draws influence from Japan’s club scene in the early 2000s. As a result, the uppers are shimmering in silver, while touches of black and retro-informed cream give the Forum its classic styling cues.

For example, the sole unit appears in the aforementioned cream hue, with the Forum High featuring black on the tongue, laces, Trefoil and Three Stripe branding, and on the heel, whereas the low top iteration opts for a small black Trefoil logo on the lateral mid-panel and an accompanying display of black gracing the rear-quarter heel wraparound.

Naturally, the Forum is adorned with a webbing strap over the tongue that, here, has been decorated in silver with chrome hardware, fastening the pair and tightening it to your liking.
