Take a Closer Look at Teddy Santis' Debut New Balance MADE in USA 990v2 and 990v3

Following Teddy Santis‘ appointment as New Balance MADE in USA’s creative director, the Aimé Leon Dore founder has taken to Instagram to tease an aerial shot of his first footwear range for the lifestyle-geared line earlier this year. Coming off of the reveal of the collection’s official images, we now have a closer look at the first drop of the 990v2 and 990v3 arriving on HBX.
Santis’ debut New Balance sneakers come dressed in the footwear brand’s signature gray palette and feature textured, hairy suede overlays, mesh uppers, as well as varying proportions of premium pigskin suede. The 990v2 dons a slimmer profile while the 990v3 is a more round silhouette. What further differentiates the two is the former’s dark gray cuff compared to the latter’s tan heel counter.
Priced at $245 USD for each pair, Teddy Santis’ first drop of the New Balance MADE in USA 990v2 and 990v3 are now available on HBX, along with more select styles of apparel from the same collection.
