The eponymous Olympian-founded Chinese sportswear and equipment company Li-Ning will be releasing a clothing line featuring Bored Ape Yacht Club, Forkast reported.

The company announced the forthcoming collection on Sunday on the platform Weibo. The capsule will contain t-shirts and caps with prints of the Bored Ape Yacht Club #4102.

This new collection marks yet another brand joining in on the NFT hype. Among these brands is the Chinese sportswear label Anta, which was an official partner of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, according to Forkast. Anta released a series of digital collectibles earlier this year depicting the national athletic team.

Li-Ning has also risen in popularity on its own. According to a recent Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing, the brand recorded a nearly 30% year-on-year increase in retail sales in Q1.

In other fashion news, Carrots and Champion rejoined forces on an exclusive drop for SS22.
