In celebration of the beauty of the planet, while continuing to keep a close connection to the gardening lifestyle, adidas has now supplied its latest rendition of the ’90s runner, the Hoverturf “Plant and Grow.” Following up from last year’s triple-black and white colorways of the silhouette, the sneaker originally made its debut in the 2019-launched “Gardening Club” before it received its much-welcomed makeover in 2020.

Steering away from the more monochrome colorway that was seen with the “Core Black” edition, this newly-released instalment welcomes a “Wild Brown,” “Semi Frozen,” “Yellow” and “Cardboard” color pallet switch-up. The design mimics the texture of soil with a ripstop upper along with two sets of futuristic and heavy-duty laces.

Coming with adiprene cushioning, the uppers have been crafted from a unique blend of technical mesh, premium quality leather and synthetics to emphasise its functional capabilities. The iconic three stripe branding is visible on the lateral sides, while the classic adidas branding is also located at the tongue. Finally, a rubber toe overlay has been partnered with a seamless FORMOTION heel, ensuring that the sneaker’s integrity of pure exploration is given its well-deserved limelight.

The “Gardening Club Hoverturf Plant and Grow” sneaker is available exclusively on the adidas website for Australia now.

In other footwear news, Nike’s Sun Club’s Dunk Low “Henna” is set for a summer golden hour.
