Machine Gun Kelly, Lil Baby, J. Cole and More To Headline Lollapalooza 2022

Lollapalooza is returning to Chicago’s Grant Park from July 28 to July 31, with headlining performances from Metallica, Dua Lipa, J. Cole, Green Day, Doja Cat, Machine Gun Kelly, Lil Baby and Kygo, the festival announced via Instagram on Tuesday.

Elsewhere during the four-day event, The Kid Laroi, Big Sean, Still Woozy, Cordae, YG, Dominic Fike, Don Toliver, Glass Animals, Coi Leray, King Princess, Charli XCX, Denzel Curry, Caroline Polachek, Muna, 100 gecs, Young Nudy and several others will also take the stage.

This year’s festival marks the second iteration since the onset of COVID, following last year’s event, which included headliners Post MaloneMiley CyrusFoo Fighters and Tyler, the Creator, as well as sets from Roddy RicchMarshmelloMegan Thee StallionBrockhamptonPlayboi CartiYoung ThugTrippie ReddDominic Fike and several others.

Organizers note that this year’s event may have similar health and safety protocol to last year’s festival, meaning that negative COVID tests, masks and proof of vaccination may be required, according to NBC. Details of any necessary health and safety measures will be announced prior to the festival.

Four-day tickets are now available to purchase on Lollapalooza’s website. General admission passes go for $350 USD, and GA+ tickets are priced at $650 USD. Meanwhile, VIP and Platinum tickets are selling for $1500 USD and $4200 USD, respectively.
