Kirsch Cherry Brandy Informs ASICS' Latest GEL-VENTURE 6 Collaboration
Decked in a “Birch/Fiery Red” colorway.

The world of collaborations has proven that any two brands can come together to create something special, and the latest from ASICS is no different, as today it introduces the Kirsch x ASICS GEL-VENTURE 6 “Birch/Fiery Red.”
Kirsch is the German brandy that’s made from double-distilled morello cherries, and its the ingredients that now play a considerable part in the GEL-VENTURE 6’s design. For example, a cream mesh-like fabric base has been applied to the upper as a nod to the brandy’s colorless aesthetic, while a bold “Fiery Red” hue works the ASICS logo on the mid-panel alongside details on the tongue, eyelets, heel tab, and interior.
Classic ASICS branding in silver appears on the tongue while GEL-VENTURE 6 appears on the rear-quarter, leading the eye to the heels where you’ll find cherries in a “Fiery Red” circle, relating to the collaboration once more. This orangey-red hue works the outsole as well, contrasting the GEL-equipped “Birch”-hued midsole that’s designed with trail running in mind thanks to its high-abrasion rubber components and the reversed lugs that help to provide traction on various terrains.
Take a look at the Kirsch x ASICS GEL-VENTURE 6 “Birch/Fiery Red” above, and pick up a pair from retailers such as AFEW Store on March 11 for €99.95 EUR (approximately $110 USD).
