Continuing its partnership with Crux, Bronx-based Ghetto Gastro is now introducing the CRUXGG Seasoned Blue Steel collection. Exclusive to Williams Sonoma, the special range features a selection of cookware engineered for the
ultimate heat conduction with precise temperature control. The release is just the latest in Ghetto Gastro’s ongoing push to use food to empower communities, fight racism and advance social justice.
The Seasoned Blue Steel commercial-grade pans are crafted of 2.0mm heavy gauge, annealed carbon steel, pre-seasoned for natural resistance to rust and corrosion. Lightweight and ultra-responsive, the pans were designed by Ghetto Gastro in close partnership with Crux for professional chefs and home cooks.
Priced between $70 and $150 USD, Ghetto Gastro’s CRUXGG Seasoned Blue Steel collection will be available exclusively at Williams Sonoma March 25.
