German label A Kind of Guise has followed up its Spring/Summer 2022 collection by unveiling its seasonal eyewear capsule. All of the pieces were crafted in Germany, before being tested in the Colombian sun, continuing the wider collection’s inspiration from the country.

The capsule features both returning silhouettes — including the Marseille and Palermo — and the all-new Moroccan Agadir. Continuing A Kind of Guise’s tradition of naming eyewear after port towns and cities, the Agadir spors a vintage-inspired shape. All of the pieces are constructed using Carl Zeiss lenses, and 100% UVA and UVB protection.

Another frame in the collection is the Odessa, which has been a popular release from previous collections. This style takes its name from the Ukranian port city of Odessa, known for its culutral importance, architecture and beaches. In solidarity with the people of Odessa and the rest of Ukraine, A Kind of Guise will donate all profits from this style to Red Cross Germany for emergency help in Ukraine.

A Kind of Guise’s SS22 eyewear collection is available now from the label’s web store.

In other fashion news, Pop Trading Company recently returned with the second installment of its SS22 collection.
