After teasing a selection of pieces in their last drop, London label Maharishi celebrates the Lunar New Year and honors the water tiger with its exclusive “Year of the Water Tiger” release.

The third animal in the zodiac calendar, the tiger symbolises strength and fearlessness, with the water element representative of intelligence, emotion and wisdom in Chinese Taoist thought.

Velvet tour jackets, organic cotton sweats and snopants boast intricate hand-machine embroidered sukajan-style artworks, while a selection of cotton graphic tees featuring ancient Chinese paper-cutting and vintage woodblock prints by guest artist Allister Lee rounds out the capsule.

The full “Year of the Water Tiger” collection is available to buy now from the Maharishi webstore.

In other news, here are some of the best red pockets for Year of the Tiger Lunar New Year 2022.
