Kiko Kostadinov Blends Comfort and Functionality With New Wessex Sabo Duo
Available in “Tan Brown” and “Shock Pink.”
Following another ASICS collaboration drop, Kiko Kostadinov prepared a new duo of sneaker mules in both brown and pink. The Bulgarian designer furthers the hybrid footwear design along with fellow brands such as Balenciaga and its converted Track Mule and Givenchy’s cozy Winter Mallow mules.
This latest installment comes in either a “Tan Brown” build or “Shock Pink” matched with black details to accentuate the look. Utilizing the same velcro fastening strap as the Harkman shoe and Jethra boot, the shoe features plump tumbled leather uppers wrapping over black mesh interiors seen through ventilation cutouts with a hefty piece of suede securing the toe cap. Branding elements are found on the padded tongue with Kiko Kostadinov’s roundel motif in black rubber and his name embedded on the insole. Under a thick rubber midsole mold is a treaded Vibram outsole to offer additional comfort and traction.
