On-Foot Look at the Cactus Plant Flea Market x Nike Dunk Low
Cement-like midsoles and triangular quilted uppers are present on the upcoming collab.

Leave it to Cactus Plant Flea Market to always push the envelope when it comes to working on its footwear collaborations with Nike. From decking out the Dunk lows with all-over jewels to adding Air More Uptempo-inspired lettering to the Air Force 1, the brand is fearless when it comes to producing polarizing sneakers, but its upcoming Nike Dunk Low collaboration just might be the brand’s most adventurous take to-date.
Cynthia Lu — the streetwear label’s founder — renovates the classic silhouette with earthy elements and a plethora of details. Base layer are bereft of their usual smooth leather uppers and instead modified with triangular-shaped quilting in a beige hue. Suede tan overlays sit adjacent and come offset by oversized Nike Swooshes on the lateral wall and and yin and yang logo towards the lateral heel. The right shoe is locked down by a set of brown laces and comes adorned with CPFM tongue branding while the left shoe is dressed with muted green shoe strings and a Nike hit on the tongues. Additionally, the midsoles and treading have been designed with cement-like molds that add further contrasting and dimension to the kicks.
An official release date has yet to be confirmed, but you can likely see them dropping sometime in the coming months.
