C.P. Company and adidas Spezial's Italia CP SPZL Is Dropping Again

C.P. Company and adidas Spezial came together on the Italia CP SPZL back in October last year, surprising fans and followers of the terrace and casual cultures and those who hold a special place in their heart for SPZL trainers with an iconic collaboration. Now, the collaborative pair is returning in a limited-quantity drop, as confirmed by the brand consultant and designer Gary Aspden.
The Italia CP SPZL dropped as part of C.P. Company’s “Cinquanta” celebrations, and aptly the shoe the duo reworked was fifty years old, just like C.P. Company. Decking it in a classic Italian-themed colorway of white, green, and red, the pair was treated to a full-grain leather construction with touches of suede working the Three Stripes and toe split.
Gold foil C.P. Company branding works the lateral mid-panel, while matching adidas branding has been stamped onto the tongue. C.P. Company’s sailor graphic now adorns the Spezial hang-tag, subsequently rounding out the pair.
