Saweetie is planning to drop two albums by the end of 2022.

The rapper shared the news to Rolling Stone, revealing that fans might be able to listen to The Single Life and her highly-anticipated Pretty Bitch Music records before the year ends. The Single Life, which is billed as Sawetie’s “reflection on life” since her split with Quavo in 2021, is expected to release first. “I’m excited to share what I went through,” she said of the album, “I think as I was making it, I was more proud to be single. Because I realized that I was growing, I realized that I was elevating. And I realized that I was becoming a better woman.” She added, “It was definitely revolutionary. It was heartbreaking. It was honest. It was a reflection. It’s just me being Saweetie in full transparency.”

Meanwhile, Saweetie also promised that Pretty Bitch Music is coming. “She’s still in the womb, I haven’t popped her out,” she teased. “I want to thank my fans for patiently waiting. It’s been a year. It’s been a while. I’ve been recording officially for a year, non-stop.”

Stay tuned for official release dates for The Single Life and Pretty Bitch Music.
