A new television spot has surfaced online, which sees the titular hero, currently unknown, fighting against Tenoch Huerta’s Namor in a one-on-one brawl. The footage gives fans a glimpse of Namor’s threat as the film’s villain. The new identity of the Black Panther is concealed, though the clip shows that the new suit is dressed in black and gold. The synopsis teased that Namor’s human father was in search of the material in Antarctica, highlighting a complicated history between Wakanda and the city of Atlantis. The initial teaser trailer introduced Huerta as Namor the Sub-Mariner.
