Lamborghini has officially unveiled the unusual and utterly bonkers Huracán Sterrato. It comes as competitive companies such as Porsche showcase its off-road-ready 911 prototype, and conventional all-terrain cars become increasingly capable of keeping up with the supercars of today. However, for Lamborghini, it takes this one step further by creating the world’s first all-terrain supercar.

Starting with the known and loved Huracán base and its formidable V10 engine, Lamborghini brings an off-roading sensibility to the car with plenty of necessary adjustments. Starting with the looks, the Sterrato features a ride height increase and a serrated undercarriage for better ground clearance and plenty of rough-and-ready add-ons like extended bolt-on wheel arches, front LED lamps, roof racks, and lightly-revised aerodynamics.

Working toward the rear we find similarities to Lamborghini’s recently-released Huracán Technica, sporting a familiar-looking rear-end set-up with twin pipes sticking out the back (only here, they are round as opposed to the Technica’s hexagonal pipes). Additionally, a roof scoop on the Sterrato follows in the form of the STO, while a new set of rims set things apart from the rest of the Huracán range.

Very little else is known about the Huracán Sterrato, so stay tuned to Hypebeast and Hypebeast Car Club for more information as news unfolds. A more comprehensive reveal of the Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato is expected to arrive during Art Basel in Miami Beach, Florida, on November 30.

Elsewhere in the automotive world, Hypebeast recently got its hands on the BMW M3 Competition.
