Grand Seiko Celebrates the Beauty of Autumn and the First of Spring With New Elegance Collection
The Boshū and the Bantō.

Grand Seiko has just released two new offerings under its Elegance Collection. Themed once more on nature and the surrounding environment of the Grand Seiko Studio in Shizukuishi (Northern Japan), the Boshū and Bantō reference the beauty of autumn when it is at its height and the harbinger of spring, respectively.
The Boshū comes with a deep, textured burgundy dial that references the rich autumn leaves while the Bantō dial has a gradient champagne color that tells the story of when the harshest winters days have passed and a warm light begins to heat up the snow-covered mountains.
Both watches are powered by Grand Seiko’s slim hand-wound Caliber 9S64 movement which features 72 hours of power reserve, and SPRON alloy mainsprings and balance. Those interested in availability can head over to Grand Seiko to order one for $4,800 USD.
In other watch news, Christopher Ward doubles down on the C1 Bel Canto with green dial.
