Halloween week is upon us, resulting in an exciting list of holiday-themed releases that are about to hit shelves. Fresh kicks from the likes of Nike, Jordan Brand, Reebok and more arrive as the best options for this week. However, let’s first dive into this week’s key sneaker headlines.

HYPEBEAST’s latest entry in our Sole Mates series features singer, songwriter and rapper IAMDDB. She discusses her love for the adidas YEEZY FOAM RNNR while also sharing fashion inspiration, what’s next for her and more.

For adidas, the main news was a bombshell announcement — namely that the brand’s partnership with Ye had been terminated, effective immediately. It’s hard to compete with news that seismic, but the Three Stripes also tapped The Simpsons for a Superstar colorway that sees Marge Simpson’s hair covering its upper. Looking to the archives, the late Kobe Bryant’s adidas Crazy 1 “Sunshine” saw a restock.

Pivoting to the latest news from Nike, the Hypebeast team dove into HUF’s collaborative Nike SB Dunk Low collection with a comprehensive breakdown of the release and an interview with the HUF team. In continuation of the Dunk news, the Dunk Low “Kentucky” and “Syracuse” are landing on shelves once again. Social Status has also announced the release of its second Nike Air Max Penny 2 “Playground” colorway as well. As for Jordan Brand, official images of 2023’s Air Jordan 1 High ‘85 “Black/White” surfaced alongside Air Jordan 9 “Fire Red” images. First looks at Air Jordan 2 and Air Jordan 2 Low “Craft” colorways appeared while an unreleased Air Jordan 7 inspired by Ken Griffey Jr. popped up as well.

New Balance opted to make lots of noise this week as well with a first look at its next collaboration with JJJJound, the launch of eYe Junya Watanabe MAN’s 574 colorways and release information regarding Joe Freshgoods’ “Performance Art” capsule. Additional headlines included Supreme and Vans presenting a checkered Old Skool collection featuring Swarovski crystals, One Piece x Vans receiving a release date and TAKAHIROMIYASHITATheSoloist. connecting with Suicoke for two more eccentric styles that feature a Vibram FiveFinger sole unit.

With the latest headlines covered, let’s dive into this week’s key drops. After that, don’t forget to check out HBX for more footwear options.
