Shortly after the debut of its Fall/Winter 2022 menswear collection, Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto announces the return of sleek black and white essentials in collaboration with New Era.

This year’s Spring/Summer 2022 release is titled the “Vertical Series,” and features New Era 9THIRTY™ caps in black, and oversized drawstring hoodies in both black and white. Yohji Yamamoto’s signature is embroidered vertically along the center of the garments, New Era logos are found above the left ear, and contrasting Yamamoto tags are added onto the kangaroo pockets of the hoodies.

The “Vertical Series” is expected to arrive on The Shop Yohji Yamamoto and select retailers on February 2. Caps are priced at $149 USD while hoodies can be purchased for $405 USD.
