Referencing the early console war between the Sony PlayStation 1 and SEGA Saturn, Takara Tomy Arts has turned the iconic consoles into a range of watches.

Set to be available in Gashapon machines, the series features two Sony PlayStation 1 (PS and PSOne) and two SEGA Saturn (Model 1 and Model 2) designs. Opening the disk hatch on the consoles reveals the digital time and a classic game disc (Everybody’s Golf, Arc the Lad, Virtua Fighter 2, Sakura Wars 2). Each watch comes complete with a matching strap marked with Sony PlayStation and SEGA Saturn logos.

Take a look at the playful watches above and look for the Takara Tomy Arts release to be available in Gashapon machines come February.

In case you missed it, DC Comics recently announced the Flashpoint sequel, Flashpoint Beyond.
