Hot Wheels and Sean Wotherspoon are Revving Up an adidas Superturf Adventure Collab
The multi-colored kicks come styled with removable velcro heel patches.

Sean Wotherspoon and adidas hope to build on the success they had in 2021 by pushing out more collaborative footwear this year. And after recently unveiling an upcoming EQT Support 93 makeup, the two parties have confirmed that a three-way adidas Superturf Adventure collaboration with Hot Wheels is in the works.
Through teaming up with the iconic car-focused toy company, the Round Two founder has crafted a new iteration that is highlighted by his penchant for using multi-colored palettes and playful branding. Uppers are designed with an array of materials, the most prominent being a breathable mesh that forms most of the base layer along with smooth leather overlays that hug the sides. Hot Wheels manufactures toy cars that are styled in various colorways, and Wotherspoon nods to this element by draping the synthetic side overlays in teal, pink and purple hues, in addition to bringing in bright yellow, red and blue accents around the throat and on the interior lining. Tongues split their branding with Hot Wheels’ signature slogan “It’s Not the Same Without the Flame,” and the heels are decorated with removable velcro patches. Moreover, the kicks come packaged within a special tie-dye printed box.
A release date hasn’t been announced yet, but you can likely expect adidas and other retailers to launch these in the coming months for $160 USD.
In other news, another adidas YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 “Onyx” is expected to release soon.
