Balenciaga Drops $650 USD Soccer Hood Scarf From Its Spring 2022 "Clones" Runway
Demna-approved, game-ready attire.

Demna‘s Balenciaga has a thing for soccer, having previously released an aptly named and styled sneaker alongside a football-themed coat and a complementing jersey, and now the house continues its foray into the sport with its duo of hooded scarves.
Coming in “Red” or “Indigo,” the Soccer Hood Scarf comes as part of Balenciaga’s Spring 2022 “Clones” collection, as seen in the 14th look. The accessory is made from the same polyester that you’d typically use for a football top, coming in a satin finish with subtle stripes running throughout the piece.
The yokes and other sections that join the pieces together are finished in white stripes and bands, while various sporty takes on Balenciaga’s logo appear all over the scarf — from the “Balenciaga, Paris, France” embroidered crest to sponsor-like motifs and the minimal “B” logo.
On the sleeve, Balenciaga adds another sporty “B” logo, also embroidered in white, while a classic tag rounds out the look.
