Kanye's Padded Denim Balenciaga Jacket Appeared Online and Instantly Sold Out

Kanye West and his new love interest Julia Fox took Paris Fashion Week by storm, becoming one of the star attractions at NIGO’s debut KENZO show in their complementing Canadian tuxedos. Fox, decked in a Schiaparelli jacket and, apparently, Daniel Roseberry’s own pair of pants, was spotted alongside ‘Ye who continued to show his love for Demna‘s Balenciaga, wearing the brand’s jeans tucked into a pair of Red Wing boots before pairing this with a Balenciaga jacket. Now, the brand has released the aforementioned outerwear staple, and given its ‘Ye cosign, it sold out instantly.
Balenciaga’s padded jacket in “Light Blue” authentic Japanese denim comes as part of the brand’s ever-expanding unisex line. Fitting oversized, it’s padded all over — including the collar — and has seven branded buttons on the front, two buttoned chest pockets, two slash pockets, buttoned cuffs, adjustable buttoning on the waist, and stitching that gives the seams this ‘about to burst’ aesthetic.
