Take a Look at ROTATE x HYPEBAE's Pop-up Experience
Announcing an upcoming collaborative capsule at Copenhagen Fashion Week.
At its recent Spring/Summer 2022 showing at Copenhagen Fashion Week, standout Copenhagen-based label ROTATE co-founded by Jeanette Madsen and Thora Valdimars, revealed a collaborative capsule collection created with HYPEBAE.
Part of HYPEBAE’s series of five-year anniversary celebrations, the special range was revealed with a pop-up experience that accompanied the seasonal range presentation. The capsule set to arrive this fall is comprised of a selection of special-edition ROTATE Sunday pieces.
The ROTATE x HYPEBAE collaborative capsule was teased with an installation set at the entrance of Tunnelfabrikken in Nordhavn. Guests were greeted with a pair of trucks displaying the ROTATE x HYPEBAE sky print motif, the vehicles were stocked with beverages supplied by DAN:SK and commemorative bags with T-shirts marking the experience. The pop-up served as a precursor to ROTATE’s SS22 showing set against a backdrop of vintage cars.
Following the show, the pop-up experience was continued into the night with ROTATE and HYPEBAE co-hosting a dinner at Apollo Bar & Kantine, one of the city’s most beloved restaurants run by Chef Frederik Bille Brahe. Guests seated at the bistro’s courtyard were given single-use film cameras specially marked with the sky print motif from the upcoming collaboration.
