C'est Bon Founder Mamadou Bah Crafts a Striking Air Jordan 35 Low PE
Bah, a designer whose work is popular with NBA players called the shoe his “NBA Draft moment.”

For many a designer, getting a Jordan Brand collaboration is equivalent to a professional athlete making it to the big league. It’s a pinnacle, something they’ve dreamed of doing since they were a kid. C’est Bon founder Mamadou Bah feels this way: he recently teamed with the Jumpman for an Air Jordan 35 Low PE, and referred to the collaboration as his “NBA Draft moment.”
C’est Bon is a pregame tunnel favorite of NBA players like Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Tristan Thompson as well as artists like Don Tolliver, Bryson Tiller and Lupe Fiasco, so Bah brought the same flair and color his clothing offers to his low-cut Air Jordan 35. Cream tones are used on the gridded toeboxes and part of the midfoot, while the sizable mudguard starts out simple before getting embellished with forest green and repeating C’est Bon logos as it rises toward the eyestays.
Yellow and orange combine for a peach-like print under the collar and on the heel, where a circular C’est Bon stamp is placed. Silver Air Jordan 5-inspired tongues sit above forest green throats and cream laces, and are equipped with circular hits: Bah’s initials on the left tongue, a Jumpman on the right. Midsoles are split by an olive green Eclipse Plate 2.0 with speckled detailing, and outsoles are done up in an icy pink that shows an “Only Option” graphic. Insoles complete the look with a “Time is All We Have” text hit of their own, and the shoe is packaged in a laser-cut cardboard box.
Bah’s C’est Bon Air Jordan 35 Low PE is for friends and family of the brand, and will not see a retail release.
