Last night’s ring ceremony at the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheater in Tampa, Florida saw the players, coaches, and staff of Tampa Bay Buccaneers receive their NFL Super Bowl LV championship rings.
Fans were quick to comment on the massive, diamond-encrusted rings when the legendary Tom Brady along with Leonard Fournette flashed their newly earned trophies. For those wondering, the ring was a collaboration between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Jason of Beverly Hills. Now JBH’s ninth championship ring made for a major sports franchise, this ring ups the jeweler’s level of design complexity with never-before-seen details.
Each ring is made with 319 round diamonds (for the 31-9 final score) with eight emerald diamonds to represent the franchise-record eight-game winning streak, four diamonds on the Super Bowl LV logo for the number of division winners defeated, nine small diamonds for the nine points allowed, and two marquise diamonds to represent the Lombardi Trophies won by the franchise. The ring also has a hidden compartment that holds a golden Raymond James Stadium with markings like the scores from Tampa Bay’s postseason run, the phrase “Trust, Loyalty, Respect,” and a single diamond on the stadium to mark where the Buccaneers entered the stadium.
