Hublot Adds a Splash of Color to $200,000 USD MP-09 Bi-Axis Tourbillon
The lattice structure of 3D Carbon shows off every curve.
Hublot has added four bright new limited edition colorways to its MP-09 bi-axis tourbillon.
While there have been previous models in titanium and Hublot’s King Gold, the current collection is devoted solely to lightweight 3D Carbon.
Yellow, blue, green and red now join the existing black version and make better use of the material, with its 3D lattice structure of alternating layers showing off every curve of the watch’s irregular-shaped case.
Each color, introduced using solution-dyed 3D Carbon cases and further accentuated with matching rubber straps and Super-LumiNova on the dial, is limited to just eight pieces.
The watch’s 49mm showcase design puts the focus on its Bi-Axis Tourbillon, which completes rotations every 60 seconds and 30 seconds across both of its two axis, enveloping it in a body of 3D Carbon, black PVD titanium and anti-reflective sapphire crystal.
The MP-09 Tourbillon Bi-Axis Five Day 3D Carbon is available now via Hublot, priced $200,000 USD.
