Donnie Yen Joins Keanu Reeves and Rina Sawayama for 'John Wick 4'
Playing an old friend of John Wicks.
It has just been revealed in a Deadline exclusive that Donnie Yen will be joining Rina Sawayama and Keanu Reeves for Lionsgate’s John Wick 4.
Director Chad Stahelski commented, “We are very lucky to have Donnie Yen join the franchise. I am looking forward to working with him in this exciting new role.” Yen will play the character of an old friend of Wick’s where they recount historic assassinations and fight through common enemies. John Wick 4 is scheduled for a late-May, 2022 release.
