Continuing its “Now Serving” chef collaboration series, Shake Shack has now tapped Michelin-starred Chef Junghyun “JP” Park and his team at restaurant Atoboy for a one-of-a-kind menu item.

The “Atoburger” is inspired by the popularity of shrimp burgers in South Korea and the approachable banchan (Korean side dish)-inspired tasting menu at Atoboy. Serving as the second time Shake Shack has ever featured seafood on its menu, the Atoburger features a fried shrimp patty topped with crispy hash browns, Atoboy’s Grenada pepper sauce, shaved red onions and butter lettuce on a toasted potato bun.

Priced at $7.49 USD, the Atoboy Junghyun “JP” Park x Shake Shack Shrimp Burger will be available May 6 exclusively at Shake Shack’s Madison Square Park location through pickup on Shake Shack’s website, or delivery and pickup via the Shack App in the Madison Square Park delivery zone.

It is important to note that all proceeds generated from the collaboration will be donated to Heart of Dinner, a non-profit that supports Asian restaurants in an effort to combat food insecurity and isolation within New York City’s elderly Asian American community.

Shake Shack’s “Now Serving” series creates collaborations with chefs and restaurateurs across the United States to feature unique, exclusive menu items available for a limited time, with a portion of net proceeds benefiting local nonprofits helping the restaurant community.
