As the weather begins to warm up, open-toed lounging options are becoming more popular. Following Palm Angels take, Louis Vuitton is now trying its hand at a familiar sandal style just in time for summer.

Coming in “Blue” and “Silver” colorways, the LV Trainer Mule continues many elements of Virgil Abloh‘s popular LV Trainer Sneaker. The design of the footwear option features two adjustable straps constructed of suede or leather accented by metallic-tone engraved buckles, LV initials and Louis Vuitton script. Each sandal is made in Italy and comes complete with an anatomic insole paired with a micro midsole and rubber outsole marked by a contrast detail.

Priced at $1,010 and $1,020 USD respectively, the “Blue” and “Silver” LV Trainer Mule is available now online and at Louis Vuitton locations.

For more footwear news, Jerry Lorenzo recently teased a new Fear of God Slip-On.
